Crafting Futures Romania

Crafting Futures is a British Council programme. It was introduced to the Romanian creative community during RomanianDesign Week earlier this week. The initiative creates new networks and opportunities. It promotes knowledge sharing and learning between the UK and other countries worldwide. Romanian open call lasts from May until mid-August 2019.

Many attending the event agreed that it’s time for the Romanian’s crafts and creative industries to shine.  Despite many challenges the industry faces.  In her inspiring talk, Marlene Stanciu from KraftMade showcased, what can be achieved through engaging with the artisan community.
