To create a strategic report about the Czech fashion sector.
To map the sector from the perspective of creative industries; establish its needs, develop a set of recommendations to inform future policy development.
To raise the profile and position of the Czech fashion sector among government policymakers.
Qualitative research study engaging with over 80 stakeholders, representing the fashion industry value chain. Resulting in a report with 11 key recommendations supported by examples of potential solutions.
I’ve designed the project, secured funding, managed the research, consulted on the project management, and co-authored the study. I worked with a team of inspiring colleagues and collaborators based across several countries.
Report analysing key drivers and a set of recommendations to address the sector needs.
A series of public engagement activities such as seminars and trade talks, press and radio interviews and authored articles in the trade press.
Further engagement and partnership work with key stakeholders in advisory and consulting position focusing on developing the sector ‘s policy.
