Many young creatives have excellent ideas. However, this on its own doesn’t translate to a successful business. I provide guidance on how to conceptualise creative ideas to transform them into a viable business.
Similar to the creative process, there are foundation blocks on which a business is built. In a structured way, I guide clients to think and apply their ideas to the entire business planning process. Starting from research, design, competition, positioning, pricing, sales, promotion, sourcing, manufacturing, distribution, customer service and HR; through to contracting, costs, long-term financial projections, and management.
If the client wants to focus only on certain aspects of the business or individual topics that need addressing, we can work specifically through them.
I make sure that we speak the same language, providing examples and making parallels that are relatable. Our common goal is to merge the two worlds – business and creative, and set the client on a path of business success.
